Resources for Guitar and Ukulele Players and Builders
Lichty Guitars is celebrating tremendous success and we continually find ourselves saying, “If it weren’t for … we would not be here.”
If it weren’t for incredible customers, many of whom are coming back for their 2nd and 3rd instruments; if it weren’t for our great wood suppliers; if it weren’t for fans of Lichty Guitars referring us to others; if it weren’t for the great exposure and the inspiring resources we’ve found on the web … The list goes on and on.
With this in mind we’d like to share some of our favorite resources with you.
First and foremost, we’re very proud, through our volunteer efforts, to be a part of an organization doing great things in the world – The Ukulele Kids Club.
The Ukulele Kids Club is a 501 3C whose mission is to harness the healing power of music by supporting music therapy programs and gifting ukuleles to hospital-based music therapy programs so that children in need can be sent home with the gift of music for life.
A $50 contribution to UKC is all it takes to get a uke into the hands of a hospitalized child. We invite you to donate here.
Note: The following resources list by no means comprehensive. It is just a start and while we’ll be adding to it, we invite you to send us your recommendations.
