Curly Koa Tonewoods – Great Koa Tonewood
The gifts from our recent trip to Hawaii keep on giving and we’d like to give back. One way to do that is to spread the word about great folks who are in one way or another a part of the Hawaiian ukulele community. Case in point – Brett Barton.
Literally the hour before we were scheduled to check in at the airport on Kauai for our trip home we managed a drive out to meet Brett Barton, owner of Curly Koa Tonewoods. Brett dropped what he was doing to meet with us and to show us around his shop. We are always on the hunt for the very highest quality wood we can find and when it comes to koa, milo and mango (to name a few) Brett Barton is the guy the talk to.
